We continue to experience God's blessings so richly poured out on us, and pray that we may faithfully share the same with the sisters here in Asia -- Psalm 67! Of course, you must know that this is ONLY possible through your faithful prayers. Please continue in our final week of training and ministry here in Indonesia. It is a beautiful nation with beautiful people and we are experiencing His Presence through them.
A brief update from our most recent training in the V land of Mekong SE Asia:
38 women from distinct locations & people groups came together as one, many of them meeting for the first time. Although most were from cities like Saigon, some from Hanoi and obscure lands and tribes joined in. Their lives molded by His loving hands through the fires of persecution and their stories told through tears and laughter brought even greater depth to the teaching of the Bible outlining the lives of women from the Old Testament and the New. Our focus on Priscilla came to life as a woman beside her husband, although some serve as Priscillas with no Aquilas to care for them. Yet, Jesus cares for them.
We completed a training of trainers for both Bridges to Women and Women in the Window as a leadership development component. They embraced both teachings as tools from Christ Himself. They embraced one another as true servants of the heart . . . and they embraced us as their sisters of the Faith.
We will never be the same again!
Please continue in prayer for them, for us, and for the ministry connecting women across cultures and generations. Pray for their families and ours, and we are praying for you with deep gratitude.
